4.) How long does it take for me to
receive my custom, personalized items?
We ask that you allow approximately seven business days
from the time we receive your images until proofs are sent to you via
e-mail. Once you approve your proofs, our goal is to engrave and ship
your item(s) within seven business days. However, we pride ourselves
on quick service, and try to provide a faster turnaround when ever possible.
Holidays can cause the greatest delays.

6.) What if I get my custom jewelry and
do not like it?
Satisfied customers are the life of our business. We
offer an unconditional 100% money back guarantee. Simply notify us at
info@georgiaengraving.com
that you want to return an item within 72 hours of receiving the item, and
return the item to us within 7 days in new/unused condition. We will
re-create it or refund your money (shipping charges are not refundable).

9.) I do not want to run around buying
supplies, making prints, etc. for the handprint/footprint jewelry. Can I
just get everything sent to me to do this at home?

kit packages are a super easy way to order
our custom jewelry.

10.) Do you keep photos/prints on file
for future orders?
Yes, we try to keep copies of photos/prints for future
orders on hand for a minimum of 3 months. However, we almost always
keep the final design proofs for a long time. This makes re-ordering
the same design very quick. You can
contact us directly to see if we still have
your records on hand.

11.) How do I submit pictures/print
images to you?
Once you have placed your order and completed the checkout
process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to a web page
that explains how to submit pictures/images to us via e-mail attachment or
postal mail. If for some reason you do not receive your order
confirmation and instructions,

12.) I am not receiving order
confirmations, proofs, or other e-mails from Georgia Engraving. Why?
You should receive e-mail communications from Georgia
Engraving within minutes of completing an order. If you do not, make
sure you do not have spam filters or other e-mail filtering software
blocking or moving our e-mails. Make sure your software allows e-mails
from georgiaengraving.com, and does not move them to a "bulk" mail or spam
folder. Also, some e-mail systems require that you have the e-mail
sender in your address book before your can receive e-mails from them.
If this is the case, please add us to your address book. We want to
provide the fastest, most efficient service possible, and most of our
communications are done with you via e-mail.

13.) Can you take parts of multiple
pictures and combine them into one engraving (like take one person from one
picture, and one from another, and engrave them together on one side of a
charm)?
Yes we can! We can combine as many pictures as you
want. We will combine two pictures for free, and each additional
picture is $2.00. The size of your charm will determine how many
people/pictures/prints can be combined into one engraving. Just tell
us what you would like, and we can suggest what will work the best.

14.) Can you use footprints from a copy
of a birth certificate?
Yes! We use copies of birth certificates for doing
footprint engravings all the time.

15.) Do you ship internationally?
We do not provide international shipping. We do ship to APO/FPO
addresses at the standard US domestic rate.
16.) How can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before processing of the
order has begun. As we try to process orders as quickly as possible, this window
of time is very small, so please order carefully. If you wish to make a change
or cancellation, e-mail us as soon as possible and we will advise if the change
or cancellation can be made.
