The Metals
Our charms and pendants
are available in highly polished silver, gold, and rose gold finishes.
Each is made out of metals specifically made for this engraving process, and
are of the highest quality available.
Our silver finish jewelry
is actually rhodium plated. Rhodium is a member of the platinum metals
group. It is tarnish resistant, higher density, has superior brightness, and
causes less allergic reactions than competitor’s nickel plated pendants and
charms.
Our gold finish jewelry
is ion plated gold (IPG). Ion plating is one of the most advanced
surface finishing processes in the trade. In traditional processes, the gold
coating on the surface can be rubbed off easily. Ion plating makes the gold
plating more durable, more wear resistant, and also has a higher brightness.
The Engraving Process
Our engraving process permanently imprints digital images
into hard acrylic and metal surfaces. The engraver uses a
diamond-tipped stylus to strike the surface with high speed and precision to
accurately reproduce the delicate gradations of halftone, line art and/or
text, while removing no material from the jewelry itself.
